Melatonin (3 mg) is a capsule-free pill, a version of this chemical that you use naturally for sleep and will not fall asleep when you wake up. It's cheap and sold at your local Walmart or Vitamin Sppe or GNC. Valerian root or kava kava is also good, but it should not be taken if you have high blood pressure. Aromatherapy is helpful, such as lavender oil in pillows or real lavender in pillows or bedding bags. Gold is useful with scented tea like Celestial Seasoning Sleeptime Tea (also found at Walmart) as it contains well known gold herbs / herbs: chamomile, mint, green lemon, London blossom, berry leaf, orange.
