I just saw a 7lb movie and was wondering why it is called that ... 7lbs just feels heavy for the heart. it's fine?

7 pounds represents the 7 pounds of meat you have to give back because you put 7 people in the car. I think this is an excerpt from Shakespeare's play The Merchant of Venice. Each pound represents the amount of meat you have to return.
