Why is there a signal light on my 2005 Dodge 1500 RAM? 3

This is the 2005 Dodge Ram 1500 with 5.7L Hemi. The signal light came on recently, but it barely turned on until I woke up in the morning for the first time in the cold weather. I just changed the oil but I checked the other fluids and it looks like my coolant is a little low. Thoughts?
